The goal is to familiarize users with the software before operating it in a live environment. Pre-installation training also offers an opportunity for customers to discover new functions within the software that may be needed.
In all forms of training, participants will have ample time with trained Insequence system experts. They will gain knowledge from training coordinators who bring years of experience in onsite implementations, technical support, and project management.
Existing customers will see an introduction of new mid-level training webinars in addition to the current entry-level selection. The new webinars are more streamlined are for those who work with Insequence software daily in a superuser capacity.
