Insequence’s Inventory Management System functionalities include:
Receiving • Allows for simple stock receipt at item or pallet level via RF
• Collects vendor/supplier, shipment #, trailer #, quantity, SKU, and SKU attributes (serial # / batch #)
• Allows operator to import ASN details
Putaway
• Directs incoming stock based on predetermined details
• Updates inventory locations when location barcode is scanned
• Allows operator to assign multiple location types and levels
• Allows operator to assign SKUs to specific locations
Picking/Manufacturing • Updates inventory at the SKU/location level at picking
• Integrates with SPD Pro MES allowing WIP allocations and back flushing of components at part manufacturing
• Integrates with SPD Pro Rack Management to build pallets
Adjustments • Increment or decrement inventory at the stock location level
• Transfer inventory quantities via RF by container or part
• Split inventory at pallet and part level
Tracking • Tracks inventory from receiving to shipping including WIP by serial #, SKU, container, and location
• Tracks SKU attributes at location level
• Tracks minimum/maximum inventory levels and alerts when quantity has been breached
• Provides a full suite of reports including history by part & location, parts picked per day, inventory on hand, SKU by location, and transaction by operator
Shipping • Integrates with SPD Pro Shipping Module allowing back flushing of finished goods inventory
• Error proofs trailer loading process and provides BOL
