Advanced Error Proofing

Rack Load Error Proofing- Allows the user to assign and capture one or more methodologies per vehicle to error proof the rack loading process. 

Scans may include:

Loaded Rack Verification – Performs secondary audits of fully loaded racks prior to shipment. Rack Load Kitting – Allows the user to pick individual components to build a final kit and then load each kit into a sequenced rack. Label Printing – Prints/reprints VIN labels, Part Number labels, Serial labels, and/or Part Alias labels.

Queue Sharing – Allows more than one work center to pack racks simultaneously.

Queue Depth Visibility – Allows the user to easily identify the queue depth to determine whether plant production is current with the latest broadcast.

Part Substitution Processing – Allows the user to assign substitute parts “on the fly” during the rack loading process.

Password/Badge Security – Allows supervisor password entry or badge scan to prevent unintended changes to key settings.

Report Creation – Crystal Reports generates most SPD Pro reports.
