The SPD Pro MES software module will manage your entire build process from start to finish, no matter how complex the assembly. MES displays step-by-step directions, often accompanied with images, to aid the operator during production. Additionally, the software comes with error-proofing for every defined action. The module will also interface with computerized systems such as automatic data collection and computerized machinery, and provide robust production and labor reporting.

With the granular level traceability built into the Insequence MES software, you can track critical “cradle-to-grave” part data throughout production — from recording scans and OPC data, to capturing critical torque information. And the number of checks and validations required for a commodity is left entirely up to you.

    Build Options Include:

  • Build-in-Batch: Build variable size batches defined by the user.
  • Build-in-Sequence: Drives data received in a broadcast or ILVS file directly into production for true build-in-sequence manufacturing.
  • Build-to-Order: Often referred to as Feature Based Order Management, this mode allows true build-in-sequence operations in environments where no finished assembly item number exists. There is no need for bills of materials.
  • Build-to-Replenish: Collects broadcast data into batches of similar parts for future sequencing and shipping.
  • Build-to-Stock: Build inventory and safety stock
