SPD Pro: Optimized MES Data Storage and Reporting.

The SPD Pro Data Warehousing module is designed to improve your MES reporting and data management capabilities by replicating data from a primary database to a secondary server in near real time without requiring the SQL databases to be offline or removed from production in any way. Furthermore, the data warehouse server may reside locally within a production site or it may be consolidated into a central location designed to store data for multiple sites.

Files can be transferred to the Data Management Server via a shared online folder or FTP protocol. The data server will automatically convert the text data into SQL database table records. Once maintained inside the database, the system will provide easy access to these records for reporting. Reports can be printed with no disruption to the system servers.

Data imported from third party vendors is fully traceable, and the data can be stored long term from multiple facilities on a single warehouse server. Furthermore, the data warehouse server may reside locally within a production site or consolidated into a central location.
